Denn es geht um eine Avocadocreme. <strong><em>RuKa<\/em><\/strong> steht dabei f\u00fcr <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ziethe.org\">Ruth<\/a> und Karsten (das bin ich). Und da Karsten keine rohen Tomaten mag, fehlen die in diesem Rezept. Dunkelbraune mit fester, pockiger Schale sind nach meiner Erfahrung besser als gr\u00fcne mit d\u00fcnner, weicher Schale. Die H\u00e4lfte mit dem Kern in der Faust etwas quetschen, dann l\u00f6st sich der Kern. Kern aufbewahren!
