Es gab aber Salsiccia, eine typische Tessiner Wurst aus groben Fleischst\u00fccken. Die Salsiccia kommt oft mit Kr\u00e4utern oder mit schwarzem Pfeffer oder gar mit Peperoncini gew\u00fcrzt in den Handel. Alle sind gut und gut geeignet, haben aber nat\u00fcrlich einen Einfluss auf das Gesamtergebnis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Rest des Rezepts orientiert sich stark an Z\u00fcrcher Geschnetzeltem. Den Darm l\u00e4ngs einschneiden und abwickeln. Mit Daumen und Zeigefinger jeweils ca.
