Entdeckt habe ich es w\u00e4hrend einer internationalen Konferenz (EPSC: European Planetary Science Conference), die in eben dem gerade erw\u00e4hnten Kongresshotel stattfand. Um dem Tagungsrummel zu entgehen und mal andere Nasen zu sehen, sind wir zum Abendessen in den Seekrug gegangen. Meine Wahl fiel auf etwas, das ich seitdem Ruderknecht nenne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir brauchen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hackfleisch, gern halb und halb, ca. 300 g<\/li><li>Paprika (D) \/ Peperoni (CH), gern auch oder gar nur gr\u00fcn, 1 bis 2 St\u00fcck<\/li><li>Pelati oder gew\u00fcrfelte Dosentomaten (1 Dose)<\/li><li>Zwiebeln (1 grosse)<\/li><li>Knoblauch nach Geschmack<\/li><li>Etwas \u00d6l zum Anbraten<\/li><li>Bouillon<\/li><li>Gr\u00fcne Bohnen (z.B. 400 g Dose)<\/li><li>Pfeffer, Salz, evtl. Das \u00d6l ist nun gut warm.<\/li><li>Zwiebeln und Paprikastreifen in den Topf geben. Gut r\u00fchren, damit sich die Hackfleichw\u00fcrfel gut l\u00f6sen und nicht in gr\u00f6sseren Klumpen oder Str\u00e4ngen anbraten. Das Hackfleisch wird zun\u00e4chst Fleischsaft absondern. Wir warten, bis der Fleischsaft eingekocht ist und das Fleisch beginnt, anzubraten.<\/li><li>Salzen und etwas pfeffern.
