{"id":2971,"date":"2019-06-12T15:42:56","date_gmt":"2019-06-12T15:42:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/karsten-seiferlin.ch\/?p=2971"},"modified":"2019-06-12T15:54:27","modified_gmt":"2019-06-12T15:54:27","slug":"camembert-im-pizzamantel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/karsten-seiferlin.ch\/?p=2971","title":{"rendered":"Camembert im Pizzamantel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Auf der Suche nach einer Begleitung zum Salat und Fleisch beim BBQ bin ich im Netz auf eine Idee gestossen, die ich nat\u00fcrlich selbst umsetzen musste: ein Camembert im Pizzateig-Mantel.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Die Umsetzung ist denkbar einfach. Ich habe eine Packung Fertig-Pizzateig (28 cm rund) und einen ebenfalls runden Camembert gekauft. Den Pizzateig legen wir auf Backpapier und bestreichen den inneren Bereich etwa 1 cm dick mit einer Paste aus Tomatenmark, Wasser, Salz, Pfeffer und Oregano.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/karsten-seiferlin.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/img_0130.jpg?resize=525%2C394\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2965\" width=\"525\" height=\"394\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/karsten-seiferlin.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/img_0130.jpg?w=2000 2000w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/karsten-seiferlin.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/img_0130.jpg?resize=300%2C225 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/karsten-seiferlin.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/img_0130.jpg?resize=768%2C576 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/karsten-seiferlin.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/img_0130.jpg?resize=1024%2C768 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/karsten-seiferlin.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/img_0130.jpg?w=1575 1575w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 767px) 89vw, (max-width: 1000px) 54vw, (max-width: 1071px) 543px, 580px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Darauf legen wir einen Camembert, und schneiden ihn horizontal in der Mitte auf.<\/p>\n<p>In den K\u00e4seteig stecken wir einige Knoblauch-Splitter und mahlen noch etwas frischen schwarzen Pfeffer, und schliessen den K\u00e4se wieder mit seinem Deckel.<\/p>\n<p>Den Rand des Pizzateigs schneiden wir bis kurz vor den K\u00e4se ein, sodass sich einzelne &#8222;Bl\u00fctenbl\u00e4tter&#8220; ergeben. Ich habe dazu bewusst Unterhitze ohne Umluft bei zun\u00e4chst 200\u00b0C, sp\u00e4ter 175\u00b0C gew\u00e4hlt, damit der Boden trotz der Last nicht feucht und klebrig bleibt.
